Johannes is an experienced agent. He is very knowledgeable about downtown LA in particular. We first met him in an open house and we were really impressed by him. Then we chose him as our buyer agent and he walked us through every step of the purchasing process. Due to the lingering litigation issue with the building, there were few lenders were willing to work with buyers. Johannes introduced one of the lenders to us and we got approved immediately and successfully closed the deal. He is a hard working professional. I remember there was a document needs to be finalized when his wife was in the delivery room. Amazingly he got back to us on time! He is a great communicator.
